Very delicious treats! Enjoy them! Most ofThe staff polite, although seems your always rushed and staff seems snippy and corrects you. I was told - well that’s not what you said/asked for. If I was not being rushed the staff may have heard my request. I understand their trying to move quickly, as they are busy, however still is no reason to be rushed, rude or corrected. Hospitality/customer Service never to correct them or say your wrong.

This is my wife's favorite bakery. She grew up here and now that we've moved back she always wants to go. Great donuts/pastries and great service. Even when there's a line, they move through it quick.

The donut and danish were so fresh.I highly recommend the cherry danish- it has real bits of cherry in it!Everything is reasonably priced and worth every penny.

I've never had anything from Krutas that I didn't like. I recently placed an order for pies and bread for a party. Added some cupcakes when I got there to pick up. My order was correct. Pick up was fast and easy even though they were busy. All of it tasted fantastic.

The Best goodies ever. Drove 2.5 hrs to try them and will be back soon very soon. CREAM HORNS are well worth the drive but all was delicious that I bought. Love this place

So many options, I didn't know where to look first! Love goes into their baked goods, you can definitely tell. And they taste pretty great too! 🤤 The price is just right to keep anybody coming back time and again! BTW, try the pineapple cheesecake, it's massive, rich and creamy! I'm already thinking of what to get next!

Very nice, clean bakery. The apple strudel was giant and delicious. Easily can feed four people. Everything looked delicious and fresh. Will definitely come back for baked goods when I'm in the area again.

This bakery is AMAZING! I called for a strudel order only a day in advance, and they were able to help. Very patient over the phone and answered all of my questions. Great customer service and phenomenal strudel!

Best danishes I've had in the St. Louis area. Great donuts too. If you have a crew to treat call them and pre-order a Dolly Madison. They also have great freshly baked bread, I love the polish rye.

Kruta's bakery has been around all of my life and it is the go to bakery for all of your birthday and doughnut needs. My personal favorite is the jelly filled doughnut. This place is great for getting personalized cakes made. My kids are interested in subculture and they were willing to get creative and make us a unique cake that they would love for their birthday.

Love the new addition to the building. Nice new bathrooms and sitting area inside and out. Not a fan of the bakery items. They have no muffins, croissants or bagels. Everything i have tried is way too sweet. I heard of this place and had to try, but very disappointed. I've tied it three times now and still not a fan. But i hope you like it!

Always pleasantly surprised with the delicious treats here. Well worth the drive to Collinsville. And the artistry on a custom cake is out of this world. YumYum

Oh boy, Denny's!! This place is an absolute joke. I took my dad and daughter here for dinner. We walked in and all seemed okay. There were a few customers but definitely not busy. We were seated pretty quickly and our drink order taken without incident. We ordered our food and waited a very long time. I asked our server to check on it. She informed me that the cook called off and the manager was cooking. Our order hadn't even been started and would likely be another 45 minutes to an hour. I couldn't believe what she said next. The kitchen was very backed up with to go orders. I am not the smartest person in the world but why wouldn't you stop taking to go orders? I don't know perhaps wait on your guests that are in your restaurant. Maybe that would keep your customers from getting up and leaving. Absolutely absurd in my book.

Probably not a location I'll visit again... location was short-staffed so server was stuck having to juggle between multiple tables. The burnt flakes all over my pancakes showed signs that their stovetop wasn't clean. I don't care for the thick syrup that stays sitting on the table so the servers usually always provide warm syrup, well this location apparently doesn't allow that. I had to make my dine-in food to-go.Update: Pancakes were undercooked... very gooey inside.

We had the best waitress ever‼️ I can't remember her name but she was extremely cool. There was a nice wait on the food but it was worth the wait. If you don't like salty things, DO NOT order the boneless buffalo wings‼️ I gave it 3 stars only because of the wait and salty food.

I am posting this review on Denny's listing, as they have an online listing as "The Meltdown", whose orders are for and fulfilled by Denny's, and thus reflects the quality and food preparation standards followed by this location. Honestly I'm less surprised realizing this now, which is sad. My original review is as follows:I ordered from The Meltdown through GrubHub after seeing them listed on the app. The options seemed limited, though it seemed more like a quality vs. quantity menu. I ordered the Feeling Groovy melt and the Hot Mess melt, and one order of fries. While the options sound great, they're just alright based upon our selection tonight. The fries looked seasoned in the photos, but had no seasoning when delivered, and tasted bland. I put my own seasoning on to try and add more flavor. The concerning part was after recieving our food from delivery, I immediately found there was a DayMark/DayDot food lable for sliced ham, baked into the sandwich. I've worked food industry for years, even earing a ServSafe management certificate, and I'm not sure how this was missed. I've included a photo for reference, to show you what I immediately saw when I picked up my first half of the sandwich. The lable was staring right at me, and managed to avoid being sliced in half with the food. I understand you can't catch all mistakes, and mistakes are inevitable, but this seems like a large thing to miss. I had to pull it off the melted cheese. I would recommend to the cooks that whole speed is important, accuracy and food safety is of higher importance. This was disappointing as a first time customer.I would have called to leave feedback, but there is no number listed on Google or their website, so here we are instead. I already contacted GrubHub and recieved reimbursem*nt for the sandwich as they handled the payment in this case, and are significantly easier to contact than the business themselves.I would like to recommend, but seeing no other reviews, and running into this issue on my first order, I'm not sure I'd recommend ordering from this business, but hopefully standards will increase, and my review will become irrelevant, for the business's sake.

The restaurant was real clean, but the brisket was burnt! Like it was blacker than the black plate!The server called the manager, and she said they were burnt ends and they were supposed to be that way!

We had a great experience. Our server was the only server working, so she was very busy, but she was doing an AWESOME job.Sadly, I can’t remember her name, but for as many tables as she had, she was very upbeat, very funny, and very pleasant.As well, I’ve been to a few different Denny’s locations, and this one had the best food and service in my opinion thus far.

The steak was delicious juicy and lusciously amazing! Furthermore our waitress Jamie P was tremendously wonderful! Such a vibrant sweet stupendous and phenomenal young lady! She made sure our drinks stayed full, she took plates out of our way, and made food conversation! It was a very warming, clean environment, good music and everyone seemed to be working hard! Came to this location, even though I live much closer to the Glen Carbon, il location. Reason being is that the Glen Carbon location is complete 🚮! My Wife got food poisoning there, sooo when I can get her to come to a Denny's it's always the Collinsville, il location. Well that's going to stop because even though I love Denny's they don't seem to love me back. The waitresses are ALWAYS NICE!But anyway, The last time I was there I ordered the new black label bacon that's supposed to be soo good. Well it was overcooked and old, I didn't say anything because I figured it was a one off so I gave them a pass. Well my mistake because I went back on Aug 21st around 1pm.Right after my family got a table, without sitting down I immediately took my 3 yr old son to the restroom, once i got up to the front i noticed the cook come from the back n look in the area where we were seated and just kinda looked for a min, then he walked back to the kitchen... not sure if it was a coincidence on what he had served to me, but i think it was because of my race, i could be wrong but i kinda doubt it. Never seen a cook come from the back to see who he was cooking for.Anywho...I ordered the same thing as last time... WHYYY did I do that???! This time the bacon was even WORSE, MUCH MUCH WORSE! It was old, cold, and overcooked! What made it so bad is that when the waitress brought it out she told me that it didn't look good, she shouldn't have even brought it to me, but she said that the cook told her to take it and serve it anyway, even after she brought it to his attention. I was very offended by this, I mean why would you serve that to ANYONE?! The nice waitress went n got me fresh bacon, but I was still upset about the trash being served to me in the first place.When i went to pay the manager gave me a few dollars off after she asked me how everything was and I told her about the old bacon.I've been eating Denny's for decades, sadly this may be my last time. Despite them having nice waitresses and managers, they definitely have lazy a** cooks!!

We were there late night and serviced by a manager and trainee. The trainee was much more attentive, while the manager messed up several of our orders and didn't bring the drinks for the orders he'd taken. We waited for multiple items of food and drinks throughout our stay, all taken wrong by the manager but addressed by the eager trainee. Most of the food was only a little warm, if not cold. The food itself, minus the temp, was good, but our group isn't sure we'll return.

Bobbie W, was our server. She was super friendly and fun to chat with. Our food was great and we appreciated her positive spirit, even though she had to work on Christmas! Highly recommend the Collinsville, IL -Dennys.

Can people not read? Did an online order on 3/23/24. Wings, fries, roast beef sandwich. After being a customer for years I know they cook their wings bare minimum of time. They are always rubbery and drowned in sauce. They only need a couple extra minutes in the fryer and they will be perfect. Doing online ordering makes it easy to let them know special directions. There’s even a special preset button for well done. I hit that button for my fries and wings. So they are both cooked a little longer. I even typed in well done wings and please do not drown in sauce. Light sauce. My total was 33 bucks with the 5 dollar delivery fee. I called them after 5 minutes of ordering online to add on some drinks. I added two 2liters. Lady told me 41bucks now. Cool. Food came and the guy told me 33. I was handing him a 50 because I was ready to pay the 41 and he keep the change for tip. Driver was extra happy when I told him keep the change. I’m sure my drinks were never rung in and the driver got to keep that little extra. I really don’t care if he was able to pocket the money. I know I paid for all of my items. I get my food and…………. My wings were almost white in color. Cooked so darn light. Rubbery and drenched in sauce. Fries were nice and hot. Not cooked crispy but I understand fries and delivery don’t go hand in hand. But my wings were horrible. I ate one and a few fries. I was done. I’ll have to recook these things in the air fryer some other time. The sandwich was for the wife. Bread, meat, cheese. Bland sandwich but its what was advertised. I’m just extremely disappointed in my wings as I was craving some. Entire reason from ordering there. Looked at the receipt for 33 bucks. I see well done under fries and well done do not drown in sauce under the wings. So they got the message they just don’t follow them.

Wanted to try authentic St. Louis Pizza and Imo's is definitely the standard for St. Louis Pizza! Cracker like pizza crust very very thin but held up well with the toppings. I'm a sauce guy when it comes to pizza and the sauce was light. Cheese was different almost creamy like texture and a white cheddar taste. Supreme had everything including long slices of bacon. Overall Ok. Different.

This Imo's is very good. I am weekly support foody of this Restaurant. My career was a Federal Government Food inspector and the sanitary conditions are remarkable. Must have!Tonight! 3/15 OMG!PIZZA was perfect! They specialize in thin crust pizza. You can eat there, but they are clearly built for delivery and take-out. I'm not picky about pizza, and I enjoyed the 10 inch pizza I had. But it felt like an expensive 10 inch pizza (and the mushrooms were thinly sliced). Overall, it was good.

Two girls in the front deserve a raise! Came in today was helped immediately by one then the other finished my food very quickly and we're both super nice! Excellent food best wings I've had , awesome customer service!

Here's the deal...I've heard about the infamous white castle burger for years and I've got to say...experiencing it in person wasn't that much different than the frozen options you can buy in the grocery store. They currently have birthday cake on a stick for their anniversary celebration which is pretty tasty but not life changing. The people at this location work their butts off and the service was great despite the wait and just okay food. I recommend the experience but don't set your hopes too high.

I personally didn't eat the White Castle but the passenger said it was okay. The service was great. It's located off a busy highway so the ambiance was a bit concrete. It is surrounded by lots of food places so competition is fierce.

Food was pretty decent -tasty while hot and fresh. I was surprised having only been aware of the burgers u get in the frozen isle of wal mart. Staff was slammed but very nice and provided good customer service and prices were standard for fast food. If wasn't just passing thru I'd come back to eat again.

The guy at the register was okay. But man. These people are slower then a turtle swimming through molasses with ankle weights on. Ridiculous, frustrating, and upsetting to have to sit through a line for 57 minutes. Just for a few burgers. The drive through line wasn’t even long at all. Absolutely horrible. They need to shape up and speed up

They took 30 minutes to even take my order and then they told me that it will be another 20 minutes to even get my food worse customer service ever and I work right across the street at bandanas bar b q and we're a sit down restaurant and we move a hell of a lot faster than them. I wouldn't recommend them if you are trying to get somewhere fast or at all because of how poorly there employees treat their customers.

Bad customer service. 11/1/2023 around 10am ordered breakfast and paid $16 worth of food through drive...Took too long and went in after 5 mins and one of the female workers said out loudly "let me go get this customer food! The guy running the drive-thru was almost impossible to understand and what made it worse was that he tried to speak over me when I was ordering. He was annoyed when I asked him to repeat himself. Coming from someone who doesn't typically eat fast food, I will say, the drive-through was very busy, but this location was amazing. They were very quick and courteous and everything was nice and fresh. Not to mention, they actually got the order right and had everything in the bags! (that don't happen often)

I don't know what it is about this brand, but I love it worldwide. The menus are fun (especially internationally) and the staff are generally pleasant. Every so often I find staff so exceptional that I am completely taken off guard and immediately feel at home. It might not be the healthiest of foods available in the world today, but when I splurge... This place will always have my vote.

I went to the drive-thru on my way to another appointment. The line was long and I was a bit concerned, but I should not have been because they moved the line quickly and the people that I have the privilege of dealing with we're actually friendly. My order was absolutely correct and perfect and I got a blessing of a free diet co*ke. I am not a fan of McDonald's but I do love the sausage McMuffin and I must say this restaurant did an excellent job.

I can see why I never see the same employees more than once or twice at this location. I can’t imagine they can actually keep a staff that’s worth keeping the place open. Every time I go here, no matter the day, or time, whether it’s busy or slow, Food is always wrong or has stuff missing, even with the simplest orders. The wait takes forever whether there’s one other car in the drive-thru, or 10. I’ve never had an experience with a nice worker here, they always have the nastiest attitudes, especially the managers. Love waiting 20 minutes for two double cheeseburgers when the line is empty and you see 6 employees standing around talking doing absolutely nothing😂😂🙄 most useless staff ever.

Super fast drive thru we were in a rush and on a short trip to st louis so no time to stop at a sit down restaurant. My breakfast go to is the sausage burritos. They are fire. Not too pricey. Obviously they have the best co*ke! I think it's because their special water filtration system. But who cares. Haha the line moved fast and the food was ready right at the window as we pulled up. Hot and fresh.

It's just your average McDonald's I don't really go here much as I don't really like McDonald's food or fast food much in general that often but we stopped here the other day just to get a soda and slushy and those are good. But you can't really mess up soda from a machine or a slushy, the only thing I like from here every once In a while is their biscuits and gravy and hash brown breakfast.

Food always tastes good but the service here is usually not good. Employees always seem to have an attitude for no reason and frequently don’t include the sauces you paid for. Then try to tell you you only get one for free. I understand the one for free but then make sure to pay attention to when people paid for them to include them in the bag.

This was by far some of the worst food I have ever tasted in my whole life. My food was very bland and had little to no flavor. When I arrived I had to wipe off my own table. If I could put a zero star I would. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this..

We came in tonight to celebrate an 8th grade graduation. Our group was very large and hit the store all at once.The group working tonight did an amazing job with our group. They worked through an equipment issue while running 20+ orders and remained pleasant and very kind throughout the craziness.Outstanding team work and all of the team members were incredibly friendly.

Got the burger and fries, they were good! Loved the crinkle cut fries and the burgers were fresh. A nice taste aside from other places. It was satisfying to get a fast food burger that tasted like actual meat.😂 The ice cream was good as well.

I usually won't eat fast food because of the usually low food quality. I don't have that issue with Culver's. Fresh cooked, fresh tasting food that has that "cooked at home" feel. Highly recommend trying their chicken walnut salad and also their Pretzel bread bites. And, of course, yes the burgers are 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Been coming here consistently for years, gradually noticing as things got worse. Quality control issues like cold food or small portions and recently have hired a bunch of rude employees, neither of which ever used to be a problem. Now it's more like a McDonald's. I won't be back

Best eating experience I have had in Collinsville! The staff were kind, and patient with me. I had surgery a while back, was in pain and hungry. I had never been there but the commercials made it look so good and I was not disappointed. My daughter and I went together and it was a treat! The shrimp were excellent! Her burger was huge! Cheese curds were yummy. I thanked your employees when I left and one young lady said God bless. Now I'm not religious but that hit me as she cared. Almost like home. Clean, very clean and exceptional employees. You can't go wrong! We will be back!

I would like to say that I went into the Culver's in Collinsville yesterday. I placed a large order and realized that I did not have enough money. Their answer was you don't have to take anything off. We'll discount it so that you can afford it! That doesn't happen... I have never gone into a restaurant, placed an order and had them discounted so that it could be affordable! Thank you! Sincerely blew my mind! Just add food was great!

I usually don’t complain about places. Last night I had a terrible experience the drive thru line was extremely backed up, so I went in to get it to go. No one would take my order they all looked at me and walked by. Finally the lady behind me said something and someone came over. The gal who came over was not happy. The food wasn’t very good either. I ended up getting food poisoning I took a few bites and felt sick as well as my family who I brought the food back to they took a couple bites and didn’t feel good either.

Grabbed food for a family of 6. I knew we were out of ketchup at home so I asked to make sure we had some with the order. Girl told us she put in extra. Awesome right?? Get home and there’s none….. zip….. nada……. Thanks girl. I hate the service industry these days. Pay more fore less Gotta love it!!

Great fast casual dining. Had the pot roast beef sandwich and it was delish! Chili fries and fried cheese were also good and the milk shakes were spot on. Food coma ensued.

Some of the staff weren't in a very good mood. Understandable. But the mushroom Swiss burger I got tasted old and burnt. The cheese was cold, not melted at all and I FOUND HAIR IN MY BURGER! Unacceptable. Will not be going back. I'm sick to my stomach.

I ordered food online and it said it would be ready at 8:13 pm. I arrived at 8:18 pm and my food wasn't ready. I let them know and I sat down while they started preparing it at 8:22 pm. Once the lady was done preparing my food she brought it to me where I was sitting. I left home and noticed when I opened it, four items were missing. I went back to Qdoba and told the lady that prepared my food that she left some items out. She said, "I can't believe they left that out." It was her who prepared my food. Anyway, she gave me my ground beef and tortilla chips. Then, I'm assuming her manager, asked me what was going on. I explained and they decided to start my order again and he had to prepare the veggies because they were out. I had sit back down and waited another 10 minutes for my food. I decided to eat inside right now because I had to check it and I was starving. The past 5 times I've been here, I've had the worst service. I am def going to a different location from now on.

We ordered 3 bowls with chicken, chips and guacamole. My bowl didn't have any chicken, missing queso, and extremely dry. My husband guacamole was, well, it wasn't. It was a half of an unripened avocado. Our bag of chips was less than half full and it was mostly broken pieces. I have never been this disappointed in our neighborhood Qudoba.

The food was okay, the ground beef did not taste good. I can make better ground beef at home, the fountain soda machine was out of order, so I had to choose between sweet tea and diet cola. Besides that everything else was good, I would recommend this to anyone.

As you can see no cars on the parking lot . I am the only car on the lot. I walk in there is 4 workers! 3 in front and 1 in back. I’m the only person standing in line for 10 minutes no one greets me, Didn’t ask me was I ready to order . They are just standing around laughing talking. I’m on lunch break I was hoping to get in and out . I stand in line for 10 mins hoping to be next everyone standing around I just walked out won’t be back again. Definitely disappointed this place is just going down hill. Need better workers and management who cares for the customers . Absolutely ridiculous. It is 12:59 break over here it is I have no food in hand . Completely disappointed

I usually have no problem with this location. I order regularly however this time i ordered delivery and not only was there half the amount of meat I paid for but there was a hair in my food! Now usually I would go in make my complaint get a replacement and be on my way but this time I am ranting because the supervisor didn't say much of anything to me. She asked if the hair was still there I said yes then she walked to the back. A few moments later the girl that was making orders went to the back and came out a few moments later and started remaking my order. Nothing else was said besides do you want it in a bag.

Food was amazing like every time. The staff was a little long in the face but there were clearly short-handed but the food was still amazing and sometimes people just a break

The food and service here are always great. The only complaint I have is that you can smell the sewer gas of the bathrooms out in the dining room. It completely overwhelms you in the bathrooms itself. They have been this way for years, so I don't see them ever fixing it or doing anything about it since they haven't in all the years I've bought food from here. But the food and service are good, so just grab your food and eat in your car so you don't have to smell that sewer gad and have a chance of getting sick from it.

Staff spent entire time yelling back and force at each other like it was a high school hallway while manager stood by not interceding. Bathrooms was exceptionally gross. Food average. The entire premise could use a deep cleaning.

Always good food. Visited this location multiple times (10+), and the quality is EXCELLENT every time.

Kayla treated with me a smile and acknowledged me as soon as I walked though the door. She gave me superb service while trying to calm down a impatient delivery driver pick-up who was trying to step behind the counter who was very aggressive. I greatly appreciate your customer service and the way you handled the situation. 20 stars for you Kayla, keep it up!❤️

I normally go to Chipotle didn't want to drive far so I came here..my first time I ordered a bowl to-go and they put a large amount of salt at the bottom of my bowl..almost chocked..and it made me gag..I had to throw the whole thing away..I'll stick to chipotle..that's why I hate trying new places..never again

Had dinner here on Saturday night. Pleasant staff. Good food! Good portions. Zero complaints.

so, i ordered a strawberry sundae with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. got everything but the strawberry. only got the syrup. i called the manager and he said he would put my name on the book for replacement but he didn't. the workers said they would honor the replacement anyway but what they did was destroy my whole meal. even what I paid for. they gave me shake base not ice cream, gave me small vanilla only and gave me chicken scraps instead of strips. i was afraid they spit in my food so i pitched it. will never go back there!!

They had my food ready before I even sat down, which was excellent! I asked for extra marshmallow in my ice cream, and I got it, which was also outstanding! The atmosphere is run of the mill, but a very good place in all if you want something good as a quick bite, cost me less than 12 dollars

We went through the drive through the service wasn't bad but some of the workers were goofing off .

The girls working the counter were friendly and helpful. They held onto the ice cream that comes with the kids meal until they were done with their food. It is fast food but decent and the ice cream cupcakes are quite good.

Opened the chicken strip box to a piece of moldy bread staring at me, do better DQ 🤮

Went back for second shot was so impressed I'll eat there every time I want DQ. Thank you for being so kind second shift

I circled the building because the severe neglect to the exterior led me to believe the business was closed. I passed the drive though before seeing the open sign on. The woman at the drive through was extremely helpful and sweet. I waited in my assigned spot for my food to be brought out to me. After a reasonable amount of time, a young man very slowly and awkwardly walked out of the door as if he was off work and had nowhere to be, holding a box of food almost on its side. I thought it was his own food until he stood looking into my driver side window without a word or hint of emotion. He thrust the box of food halfway into my window for me to take. Not a word. No double check to make sure he had the right order. Rid of the box, he spun on one foot and strolled back inside with the same aimless speed he had arrived.A very mixed experience… In the end, my food was fresh and tasty, and the woman at the window was helpful and professional, but the building and young man made the trip awkward enough that I may not return anytime soon.

It wasn't their best day. The employees were friendly and respectful, but the service was slower than usual. Some parts of our meals were hot some warm and some room temperature. All food ordered should have been hot.

I ordered a cheeseburger meal, a hot dog meal, and a kids meal. It took 25 minutes to get our food in the drive thru and they forgot the drinks. There was only 1 car ahead of us, an no vehicles behind us in line. The order was messed up, and the kids meal didn't come with a 'prize' (as advertised by A&W). The menu online is NOT the same as the menu in store. I do not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and go to Culver's instead.

Usually it's good, but the last time they didn't have diet root beer and sides were limited because they were out of a bunch of stuff. Employees weren't helpful. I get it, we all have bad days or don't like the job, but I shouldn't have to bear the brunt of that. I just want my little piece of food happiness for 5 minutes.

I had been excited to stop here. The menu board was half missing, laying all over the ground. My order was taken, I paid and was immediately asked to pull around to the other side and wait. This was for a small order. This location is A&W and a Long John Silver's. I ordered from the A&W menu. The coney dog was worse than old hot dogs at a gas station. I could not eat it, one bite and I thought I might get food poisoning, it had a very peculiar taste. My fries were decent, tasted fresh. I even dipped them in the chili from the coney so I know that wasn't the bad part

With a combo of 2 restaurants pulling up to the speaker is confusing of which place your ordering from. Ok Bacon burger combo(a&w)and a extra cheeseburger.... Pull to window after 10 mins. Get soda.... Asked to pull around to #1 spot for order. Cars pulling up getting orders, leaving... I'm still sitting(15mins) then lady comes out hands me big bag of captain D's and starts going inside.... I said "hey wrong order, mine was a&w combo and extra cheeseburger".another 10 mins go by. Finally the lady comes out hands me a bag and takes off. Everything in bag, cool. Pull through to parking lot by Walmart. Kill engine. Start eating one of the burgers.... Cold and so full of mustard my god!!!!! I would of took bag of food inside but I had no receipt and or patience. So if u plan on a nice lunch/dinner/snack...I'd avoid A&W in Collinsville. Not worth the time or money🤬

This restaurant was clean. Extremely clean. We ended up ordering Long John Silver's fish with root beers of course and the fish was fresh hot out the grease the fries or fresh hot out the grease the sides were good it was just an amazing fast food trip. The root beer was absolutely amazing.

It was really slow and they did not care about their job. Are small order and it took 20 mins plus for the drive thru. They made us pull around that way the camera didn't show how slow they are. Worst one I have ever been to, never coming back

I ordered a mushroom with extra mushroom and apparently this is what they considered extra…. My Hawaiian pizza has a heck of a lot more on it then the mushroom does. Freaking ridiculous to get charged and not get it.

Wish I could give zero stars. This location seems to mess up my order every time I go there and I have been patient over the last 7 months but tonight I'm fuming. You mess up my order and have to remake it and I get it home and there is like 5 grains of salt on my pretzel crust. This location is always busy and I've been understanding so far, but after ALREADY messing up my pizza once, why would you send it out with no salt on my crust. This place needs some re-training and better management. Absolutely a circus in there.

It's pretty good for what it is. It's not wood fired. It's not casual dining. It's not gourmet pizza. It's cheap, fast food style pizza in a cardboard box. Ordering with the app and selecting in store pizza portal pickup is the only way to go. The drive through window line is often backed up and blocking traffic in the parking lot on the weekends. With the pizza portal, I go in, punch the code, pick up my pizza, and leave. No fuss. Don't even have to talk to anybody.

I ordered ahead on the app. The window worker was polite and quick to help me. My pizza was done in the estimated time and ready for me to pick up when I arrived. The only complaint is that the pizza was not cut all the way through on the bottom part of the crust. But, for quick and cheap pizza, I'm not too worried about that. It tasted good, and the kids were satisfied, so that's a net positive!

I ordered ahead on the app and arrived during the pickup time frame. I was told my pizza was still in the oven, no big deal. I customized the pizza with extra sauce and other toppings. It was very apparent when I got the pizza that the toppings were added to a ready pizza, and it was put back in the oven. The pizza was very dry and overcooked with almost no sauce. We've gotten pizza here multiple times. It's ridiculous to have to physically watch them to make sure you actually get a fresh pizza. If someone orders a fresh pizza, make it fresh.
