Harris County deputies arrested suspected drunken driver (2)

HOUSTON, Texas — Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a single-vehicle crash on the 5000 block of Atascocita Road on June 5, 2024.

Upon arrival, deputies identified the driver as Matthew De La Rosa, who exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. After administering a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, it was determined that De La Rosa was intoxicated.

"Matthew De La Rosa was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 8," said Constable Mark Herman.
